Tube Laser Cutting Services

MetzFab Industries laser tube cutting services will cut all types and shapes of tubing – we process stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, round, square, rectangular, oval, semi-oval, and elliptical. With wide range of applications for all types of metal in diameters from 3/8 to 5 inches and lengths up to 21 feet.

The tube laser can cut a piece to length and add holes and other cutout designs in a single step, eliminating the need for secondary actions and manual material removal. Products can be produced from one continuous piece of material to ensure the ability to hold tight tolerances on complex fabrications.

This unique tube laser cutting machine can produce extremely accurate, and complex laser cut geometry. Our system offers the flexibility and freedom to create innovative new tubular designs by allowing the designer or engineer to specify complex end forms and hole geometry that cannot be created in a cost-effective manner with any other process.
